The EDGE East Side Tower — Berlin.

• Type: High-rise residential tower (mixed-use with public ground-floor functions).

• Height / Floors: ~142 m, 36 floors.

• Gross floor area: 65,000 m² (office area); 80,000 m² gross floor area

• Construction start: site prep 2019 / foundation works 2020–2021.

• Completion / topping out: topping-out 2022; building completed and handed over in 2023 (interior works continued till mid 2024)

• Development cost / budget: ~€400 million

Kö-Quartier Offices — Düsseldorf

• Type: Modern office and commercial building complex.

• Height / Floors: ~ 8 floors.

• Gross floor area: 21,000 m² of gross floor area.
